For the first trip of the new school year, the Fifth Year class chose to spend it in the Dead Zoo in Dublin in order to aid their studies in the anatomy of animals. The Zoo features some of the world's most exotic and extinct species. Besides admiring the taxidermy that adorns the walls, their task was to take pictures of animals that caught their interest, to further inspire their own project of crafting 'Trophy Heads'. 'Trophy hunting' is the hunting of wild game for human recreation. The trophy is the animal, or part of it, kept and usually displayed to represent the success of the hunt. Below are some of the works in progress of the class: "Don't be afraid to fail. Don't be afraid to try." -Karolina "Trying out a new style." -Temi "Zebras are cool." -Laura
